SUPPORTING HEROES
is a non-profit organization that provides support to families of Police, Fire, and EMS personnel killed in the line of duty. Based in Louisville, Kentucky we serve all police officers, firefighters, and EMS workers in Indiana and Kentucky.
The stories told on these pages are the stories of America’s heroes – men and women who willingly and routinely put themselves in harm’s way to serve others. When the ultimate call to service came, they did not waiver. They made the supreme sacrifice for us.
We encourage visitors to post tributes to the fallen. We also ask you to share any personal information that you may have about a hero that may help us to better tell his or her story – not just how they died, but how they lived.

SUPPORTING HEROES has provided over $250,000 of support to the families of fallen Police, Fire & E.M.S personnel in Indiana and Kentucky. Those funds come from supporters like you...
The information below only reflects the heroes who are currently listed in our database. It does not reflect all line of duty deaths in the two states.
Our database is only complete from the present back through 1993. While there are many heroes already listed who fell prior to 1993, the database is still only 'complete' for the period described.
