Incident
Correctional Officer Walter Farrow was stabbed to death in the prison commissary at the Missouri State Penitentiary in Jefferson City, Missouri. Another guard was stabbed in the attack but survived.
The man convicted of killing Officer Shaw died in prison on January 26, 2000.
