EMT Ricky Allen Seiner

On September 2, 2005 EMT Ricky A. "Rick" Seiner was assisting a driver at the scene of an accident when a passing vehicle struck him. EMT Seiner was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

In addition to his EMS Service at Citizens Memorial Hospital EMS, EMT Seiner also worked for Polk County Fire and Rescue and Polk County Ambulance, and had previously worked for Polk County 911 as a dispatcher.
